How do I order a custom design?

It’s super easy! Just send me a message with your idea, quote, preferred colors, or photo inspiration. I’ll create a digital mockup so you can see a preview of your item before anything gets made. Once you approve the design, I’ll get to work crafting it!

What kind of custom items do you make?

 

  • Custom Apparel: Graphic tees, cozy crewnecks, hoodies, and toddler/baby bodysuits featuring personalized designs, custom phrases, or your own logo.

  • Vinyl Decals: High-quality decals for tumblers, car windows, laptops, water bottles, cups, etc...

  • Personalized Gifts: Custom tote bags, hats, seasonal holiday items, etc...

What if I don’t have a clear design in mind?

No problem at all! You don’t need to be a designer to order. Just tell me the general vibe, occasion, or phrase you're looking for, and I’ll help bring your idea to life.

How long does a custom order take to make?

Because every item is individually handcrafted with care, turn-around times can vary slightly based on current order volume. Typically, custom orders are ready for pickup or shipping within 3–5 business days after final design approval.

What type of printing or design application do you use?

I use high-quality heat-transfer vinyl, direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, and premium permanent vinyl depending on the product. Every method is selected to ensure bright colors, crisp details, and long-lasting durability.

How should I wash my custom shirt?

To keep your handcrafted shirt looking fresh and vibrant, turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry, and avoid ironing directly over the design!

Do you offer bulk discounts for group orders?

Yes! If you are ordering for a family trip, bachelorette party, sports team, small business, or event, I offer special tiered pricing for bulk orders.

How far in advance should I order for a holiday or event?

For party favors or event apparel, placing your order at least 2–3 weeks ahead is ideal! This gives us plenty of time to finalize the design, source the blanks, and craft your items without any rush fees.

What if I need my order in a hurry for an upcoming event?

Rush orders are available upon request! Depending on current stock and my production schedule, a small rush fee may apply to bump your order to the front of the line. Send a message with your deadline, and I'll do my best to make it happen.

Can I change my mind after I approve the digital mockup?

Once you give final approval on your mockup, production starts right away, so changes can't be made after that point. Be sure to double-check all spelling, colors, and design placement during the preview phase!

What is your policy on returns or exchanges?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. However, if there is ever a defect with your item or an error on my part, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order so I can make it right!

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom gift notes?

 Yes! If you’re sending your order directly to someone special, I can add gift wrapping for a small fee of $2–$5. Every gift option includes cute packaging and a personalized handwritten note with your message included!
